These look so pretty!! I saw this display at Walgreens. Looks like retail at Wags is $5.99 each. The wonky angle is due to the display being in a cart employees use around the store. Let me tell you...surreptitiously taking pictures in stores is hard as it is, but throw in a difficult angle and it becomes 100x more difficult!! Check out closer photos!
